Paint Correction

Machine correction that removes swirl marks, oxidation and light scratches and restores clarity to the paint.

The problem

Swirl marks, wash marring, light scratches and oxidation build up over years of driving and washing. Even a well-kept car is usually duller and more marked-up than it looks in normal light — it shows once you put it under direct sun.

What Altus does

We start with a paint-depth check, so we know how much clear coat there is to work with before anything is touched. The correction process is then selected for the paint's condition and what the result needs to be, and carried out in stages. The goal is the flattest, clearest finish the paint can support — not the most material removed.

What you get

Swirl marks, wash marring and light scratching removed or substantially reduced, with noticeably better clarity under direct light. You get a written note of what was found and done — and where a coating goes on afterward, the correction is what makes it actually look like something.
