How your information is handled
This is a plain-language description of what happens to information submitted through this website — not a formal legal policy. If you have questions, contact us directly using the details on the Contact page.
What we collect
The Request a Quote form asks for your name, phone and/or email, the division and service you’re interested in, details about your vehicle, vessel or aircraft, and — if you choose — up to a few photos of the surface.
What we use it for
Only to respond to your request — to understand what you need and follow up with a scope or quote. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone outside Altus Finishes except the service we use to deliver the notification email itself (see below).
How submissions are handled technically
A submission, including any photos you attach, is sent directly to us as a one-time notification email via a transactional email provider (Resend) — nothing is stored in a separate database, sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers. If online delivery isn’t available at the moment you visit, the form itself isn’t shown — you’ll see a phone number and email address instead.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not currently run any analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this page will be updated to say so.
